A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. He was born December 21, 1969 in New Orleans, LA and was 53 years of age. He was a graduate of Amite High School in 1988 and Southeastern Louisiana University graduate May 1999. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Robinson Ellis; brother, Jesse Ellis and wife, Sumerset; 2 nephews, Emery Ellis and Ansel Ellis; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by father, Robert S. Ellis, III; paternal grandparents, Judge Robert S. Ellis, Jr. and Eleanor "Peeps" Kemp Ellis; maternal grandparents, Norbert "Robbie" Robinson and Collette Wilken Robinson. A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 2:00PM at 53088 S.
