A resident of Magnolia, MS, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at her home in Magnolia, MS. She was born July 24, 1945 and was 76 years of age. She is survived by her 3 daughters, DeLisa Zeigler(Gary) of Osyka, MS, Leah Pouncey(Ricky, Sr.) of Pride, LA, and Cheryl Coon(Chad)of Hammond, LA, Christopher "Kit" Williams(Marilyn) of Baton Rouge, LA; 2 sisters, Faye Strong(Ronald) of Amite and Shirley Lee of Hammond, LA, LA; 1 brother, Dennis Allen (Debbie) of Fluker, LA; 9 grandchildren, Michael Dean, Jr.(Celeste),Justin Blades, Ricky Pouncey, Jr.(Lynsey), Ryan Pouncey(Shelby), Trevin Lewis, Brock Lewis(Kelsey), Dayton Lewis, and Chassity Coon and Darielle Magee;12 great-grandchildren; special friend, Herbert Jones of Laverne, TN; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Addie Allen; husband, Robert Tarver; sister, Vesta Allen. Pallbearers will be the grandsons and Honorary Pallbearers will be the son-in-laws. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM on Wednesday and from 9:00AM until religious services at 11:00AM on Thursday, February 10, 2022. Services conducted by Bro.
