On June 27, 2026 at 11:42AM my sweet, beautiful wife of 30 years, Cindy Sue Allen took her last breath here on Earth and her first breath in Heaven. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. She was 76 years old, born on October 22, 1949. She was a lifetime resident in Arcola/Amite area. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Steve Allen; son, Wilson Dean Ellzey, III; daughter-in-law, Marisol Ellzey; granddaughter, Alexandria Ellzey Miller (Colby Miller); grandsons, Jon Jovi Orjuela and Isaac Brice Ellzey; great- granddaughters, Hadley Monroe Wall, Finley Harper Wall, Oakley Tatum Wall, and Everly Marie Wall; great-grandson, John Banks Miller. She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Wilbert Fletcher; mother, Dorothy Paige Carpenter; grandfather, Gus Carpenter; grandmother, Winnie Bennett Carpenter; daughter, Nicole Paige Ellzey.
