He was a 25 year Mason with the Kentwood Masonic Lodge #248. He is survived by his wife, Penny Coon Cook; daughter, Mandy Cook; son, David Cook; grandson, Dylan Cook; sister, Debbie Jane Westbrook and husband Tim; 2 step-brothers, Alney and Tommy Cook. Preceded in death by his parents, B. L. Cook and Clara Jane Welch Cook.
