She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Wava Hill; grandchildren, Robin Phelps, Wendy Neu, and Jody Varnado (Nikki); great-grandchildren, Joshua Neu, Heather White, Cody Phelps, Robert Neu, James Neu, and Matthew Varnado. Preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer F. Rushing; sons, Daniel "Pee Wee" Hill and Danny Hill; mother, Effie Toney Seals; father, Carry Seals; brothers, Bud Seals and Smiley Monroe Seals; great-grandson, Tyler Phelps.
