A resident of Livingston, LA, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 17, 1944 in Fort Worth, TX and was 78 years of age. Mr. Fred was a U. S. Navy Veteran and retired Lab Technician with Exxon. During his retirement, he was devoted to serving the Lord through ELBA Disaster Relief as a Chaplin. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean Hart; son, Jody Ray Hart (Kandice Jay); daughter, Petrina Hart Stafford (Paul); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hart, Victoria Hart, Kyle Lewis,(Alayna), Kade Lewis, Haleigh Hart, and Autumn Stafford; and a great-granddaughter, Everlee Hart. Preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Wilson; and father, Fred Hart. Visitation at Community Baptist Church, 1109 Hwy 1043, Greensburg, LA from 9:00AM until religious services at 11:00AM on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Services conducted by Rev. Howard Turner. Interment Center Cemetery, Greensburg, LA. Pallbearers will be Jody Hart, Kyle Lewis, Kade Lewis, Phillip Mitchell, Terry Lumpkin, and Paul Stafford.
