A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024 at his home. He was born September 8, 1940 in Albany, LA and was 83 years of age. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Seale Addison; children, Trudy Emfinger, Lorna Miller (Andy), Kathy Solares (Richard), and Susan Emmert (Gabe Sullivan); 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas L. Addison; sister, Arlene Davis. Preceded in death by his parents, Millard and Arnee Addison; sisters, Nell Thompson and Patsy Barton. Visitation at Montpelier Baptist Church from 6:00PM until 9:00PM on Thursday and from 9:00AM until religious services at 10:30AM on Friday, August 30, 2024. Services conducted by Rev. Rusty Durand. Interment Montpelier Cemetery, Montpelier, LA. Pallbearers will be Andy Miller, Richard Solares, Kenneth Emfinger, Chris Miller, Richie Solares and Kevin Parrish.
