A resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at home. She was born September 22, 1936 in Fruita, CO and was 88 years of age. She is survived by 3 daughters, Cynthia M. Flora, Jennifer M. LaBorde, and Sandra McNabb; son, William M. McNabb; 6 grandchildren, Dale McNabb, Douglas McNabb, Alisha M. Hodge, Dustin Flora, Matthew LaBorde, and Kaye Kilshaw; 8 great-grandchildren, Abby McNabb, Garrett McNabb, Christian Flora, Brianna Flora, Zoe Flora, Adeline Flora, John McNabb, and Sophia McNabb. Preceded in death by husband, William G. McNabb; mother, Evelyn Malmberg; father, Harold Malmberg; grandson, Michael Flora; and brother, Larry Malmberg.  A Religious Service will be held at New Zion Baptist Church, Kentwood, at 10:00AM on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Services conducted by Bro. Lance Bates. Interment New Zion Cemetery, Kentwood, LA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
