Jack passed on to be with Jesus on May 23rd in Tickfaw. Jack was a man of God who loved people and loved God. He enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with his family and being in the presence of Jesus. He was born January 18, 1990 in Hammond and was 27 years of age. Jack is survived by his father, Dickie Jacobsen; mother, Patricia Doiron Broussard and husband, Mark; grandmother, Patricia Hahn Doiron; sisters, Jeanne Sinagra and husband, Michael, II, and Gabrielle Parker and husband, Daniel; soulmate and best friend, Whitney DuBois; nieces and nephews, Kainnon, Kinley, and Kyson Parker and Rowyn Sinagra; aunts, Joy Pierre and husband, Ricky, Julie Ribando and husband, Russell, Vanessa Mitchell, Valerie Bardwell and husband, Charles, Lisa Stanford and husband, Greg; uncles, Paul Doiron, Jr. and wife, Stephanie, John Jacobsen and wife, Nancy, Rickie Jacobsen and wife, Sherri, Henry Jay Jacobsen and Benjamin Jacobsen; and more family and friends too numerous to mention. Preceded in death by grandparents, Henry and Betty Bankston Jacobsen and Paul Doiron, Sr.; aunt, Connie Jacobsen Tschantz. Visitation at Fountain of Life Ministries, Albany, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 12 Noon on Saturday, May 27, 2017. Interment Shiloh Cemetery, Pine Grove.
