She is survived by her husband, Reagan Phelps; 3 daughters, Lacy Prue, Annabelle Prue, and Ivy Prue; mother, Gina Causin (Steve); brother, Robbie Scott (Rachel); grandparents, Gene and Jane Throwe; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike and Tracey Phelps; and sister-in-law, Emily Phelps. Preceded in death by her father, Ken Scott; daughter, Sophia Prue; grandfather, James Scott; grandmother, Sandy Scott.
