A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at St. Helena Parish Nursing Home in Greensburg, LA. He was born November 18, 1933 in Amite, LA and was 88 years of age. Mr. Toby was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He is survived by his nephew, Joseph "Randy" Foulks and wife, Martha; nieces, Laura Jane Drew and husband, Robert, Alice Marie Campo and husband, Joe, and Virginia "Ginni" Louise Hindsley and husband, Scott; great-nephews, Jason Randall Foulks, Barrett Drew and wife, Melissa, Joseph "Joey" Campo and wife Silvia, David Marshall Campo and wife, Lisa, Mychel Selle, and David Selle; great-niece, Sara Rebecca Foulks Hicks and husband, Daniel. 4 great-great nephews and 3 great-great nieces. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Marhsall Foulks, Sr. and Inez Clark Foulks; brothers, Joseph Marshall Foulks, Jr. and Charles "Billy" Foulks; sister, Sara Louise Foulks.
