A resident of Bootheville, LA, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Passages Hospice in New Orleans, LA. He was born December 24, 1948 in Chillicothe,  IL and was 75 years of age.

He is survived by his wife Sheila Nixon, his daughters Kristina Raigan (Preston), Colleen Nixon, his son John Nixon, his grandchildren Logan Raigan and Arya Nixon, his sisters Hilda Schneider and Roselinda Hicks, his brother Ross Nixon, and many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
