He is survived by his wife, Vickie Morris Futrell; daughter, Jennifer Futrell Martin and Richard Fletcher; grandson, Jase Mitchell Martin; sister, Marcie Thames; brother-in-law, Timmy Thames; sister-in-law, Pam Morris Smith; brother-in-law, Phillip Morris and Debbie Rhodes; nieces and nephews, Jessica Smith Wall and JoJo Wall, David Thames, Chloe Thames, Colleen Thames, and Laura Lee; great-nieces, Jayde Wall, and Jolie Wall. Preceded in death by his father, William David Futrell; mother, Muriel Futrell; brother, Mike Futrell; niece, Leslie Futrell; mother-in-law, Kathy Morris; father-in-law, James Morris; brother-in-law, Kerry Smith; nephew, Jason Smith.
