Morris Leon "M.L" Robertson passed away on Thursday afternoon April 7, 2022 at The Lodge at Tangi Pines Nursing Home after a brief illness at the age of 78. M.L. previously worked as a deck hand offshore and as a cook on several tugboats. He is survived by his brother, Bob Robertson (Janice); sister, Diane Robertson Lee; nieces, Donna Lee Jones and Rebecca Lee Loupe (Scott), nephew, Joseph Paul Lee (Candice), Jerry Wayne Robertson (Rhonda). He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert David Robertson, Sr. and Beatrice LeNoir Cutrer Robertson; brother, James Edward Robertson; and sister, Betty Jo Robertson. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, in charge of arrangements.
