A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at his home. He was born April 16, 1939 in Albion, NY and was 87 years of age. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his children, Philip E. McKenna, Jr. (Patti), Duane McKenna (Tracey), Travis McKenna (Martha), and Chris McKenna (Alice); grandchildren, Brandon (Trisha),Tori (Daniel), Mason, Mitchell (Maggy), Mattie, Casey, Cassie (Dillon), Caleb, Justin, Daniel (Brittany), and Devin (Brittany); great-grandchildren, Austin, Lexi, Cole, Tristan, Weston, Jackson, Greyson, Savannah, Grace, Hadley and Harper; brother, Mike McKenna (Barbara). Preceded in death by his mother, Katherine McKenna; wife, Betty McKenna; and sister, Susie Green (Doug). Pallbearers are Justin McKenna, Daniel McKenna, Devin McKenna, Caleb McKenna, Dillon Reeves, and Zack Beach. Honorary Pallbearers are Casey McKenna and Blake Beach.
