Talmadge Allen Booty passed away peacefully at home with his devoted wife by his side on January 23, 2025 at the age of 67. T.A., as he preferred to be called, was a unique person with a kind heart. He spent most of his life as a dairy farmer on his family's farm but also enjoyed a brief career as an over the road truck driver where he got to see many beautiful sights. T.A. enjoyed capturing life's beauty through photography and his hobbies of fabrication and woodworking. He loved his family, friends and fur babies dearly and found immense joy feeling his "knees in the breeze" riding his motorcycle. T. A. will be remembered as a simple man who loved life and didn't need the finer things to be happy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Shirley Booty; his brother, Thomas Ray Booty; and his brother-in-law, Michael Cutrer. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Darbonne Booty; sister, Marcia Cutrer; his daughters, Stephanie Arnone (Sal Arnone) and Ashley Gaspard (Jerry Gaspard); and his adoring grandchildren, Jenny Peterson (Chris Peterson), Cameron Arnone (Landon Allen), Halie Arnone (Kye Grice), Jalen Roberts, Jerry Gaspard Jr., Johnny Gaspard and Gabrielle Gaspard. His legacy lives on through his precious great-grandchildren: Greyson Peterson, Hadleigh Rae Allen, Baylon Allen, and Ivy Mae Grice. Visitation at Spring Creek Baptist Church from 10:00AM until religious services at 1:00PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Services conducted by Bro. Wendell Rhodus.
