Tony Paul Ardillo, Jr., a native of Amite, LA and current resident of Hammond, LA, passed away on August 27, 2023. Known as Tony Paul to many, Tony to some, and as TP in the "good ole days".  He was a man of impeccable integrity and deep family values. He was born on January 4, 1958, in New Orleans, LA. Tony Paul is preceded in death by his parents Tony P. Ardillo, Sr. and Mary Frances Campo Ardillo. He is survived by his wife Margie Daly Ardillo of Hammond, daughter Carley Ardillo Daigle (Seth) of Hattiesburg, MS, and son Anthony Paul Ardillo, III of Denver, CO. Tony was the very proud grandfather to Addison Daigle, to whom he affectionately called his Papaw Angel Baby Girl.

Tony lived most of his life in Tangipahoa Parish, graduating with honors from Amite High School and obtaining a bachelor's degree in political science and government from Southeastern Louisiana University. Professionally, he was an account executive and former area sales manager at Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. A man of deep faith and dedicated community service, Tony was a parishioner at Holy Ghost Catholic Church and was elected to, and served on, the Tangipahoa Parish School Board where he chaired many committees, served as vice president and, ultimately, president. He was a member of the Louisiana School Boards Association board as well as the Tangipahoa Parish Industrial Development board. Tony Paul supported his alma mater by serving on the Southeastern Louisiana University Alumni Association board of directors, where he also served as president. A proud promoter of regional tourism, he served on the Tangipahoa Parish Convention and Visitors Bureau board and on the Columbia Theatre advisory board.

Tony adored his large family and is further survived by his stepchildren Frankie Milazzo of Hammond, Sydney Milazzo of Houston, TX, and step grandchildren Jonathan, Adyson and Beckett Milazzo of Hammond. He is also survived by his loving siblings Brenda Ardillo Bellavia (Frank), Mary F. Ardillo, Roslyn Ardillo – all of Amite – and Tim Ardillo (Jason) of Indianapolis, IN. He was proud to be the uncle of Jessica Bellavia Stant of Hammond, Deke Bellavia of Amite, and Noah Ardillo-Miiller of Indianapolis. He had five great-nieces and nephews as well as countless cousins, friends, and colleagues.

Visitation will be at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Visitation at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Hammond, from 9:00 a.m. until the Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023 conducted by Fr. Cayet Mangiaracina.
