A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at her home. She was born October 16, 1939 in New Orleans, LA and was 86 years of age. She is survived by her 3 sons, Philip Morgan, Greg Morgan (Rhonda), and Paul Morgan (Sandy); 4 grandchildren, Zach Morgan, Kaley Knapp, Kelsie Graham, and Kyle Morgan; 6 great-grandchildren, Gabriel Morgan, Chase Graham, Sophia Morgan, Caroline Graham, Jett Knapp, and Sage Morgan; and a sister-in-law, Carlene Vining. Preceded in death by her father, Edwin Vining, Sr.; mother, Estelle Vining; first husband, Earl Morgan; second husband, James Morgan; son, Mark Lane Morgan; siblings, Jimmy Vining (Mary), John Vining (Yvonne), Abbie Pasko (Ed), Gloria Hood (Arthur), Dorothy Valence, Juanita Campbell (Bill), Edwina Ballard (Shelton), David Vining and Edwin Vining, Jr. (Grace). Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM on Sunday, October 11, 2026 and from 10:00AM until Religious Services at 1:00PM on Monday, October 12, 2026. Services conducted by Dr. Jerry Kennedy. Interment Spring Cemetery, Amite, LA. Pallbearers will be Kyle Morgan, Zach Morgan, Caleb Graham, Mike Knapp, Brett Ballard, Mark Vining.
