A resident of Kentwood went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 27, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 31, 1943 and was 79 years old. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Martha Garner Woodard; 2 sons, Harrison Woodard of Kentwood, LA and Charles Gordon (Allison) of Prairieville, LA; 1 sister, Dorothy Gross (Roger) of Clinton, LA; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Ernie Lee and Annie Lucille Woodard; 1 sister, Betty Jean Cook; 7 brothers, Jimmy Woodard, Ernest Woodard, Huey Woodard, Herbert Woodard, Russel Woodard, Irwin Woodard and Clarence Woodard. Visitation at Lewiston Baptist Church from 9:00AM until religious services at 11:00AM on Friday, July 1, 2022. Services conducted by Bro. Cory Morris. Interment Lewiston Cemetery, Kentwood, LA.
