A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at his home. He was born May 3, 1971 in Baton Rouge, LA and was 54 years of age. He is survived by his wife, Crystal Harper Wheat; 2 daughters, Elizabeth Clendening (Cody) and Heidi Wheat; 2 sons, Devon Wheat and Devin Brown; mother, Carolyn Wheat; 7 grandchildren, Peyton, Kaidon, and  Trevor Clendening, Jeremiah and Alayah Skinner, Kannon Spears, and Eddles Wheat; sister, Karen Harwell (Tommy); 2 brothers, Richard Moore (Brenda) and Randy Moore; step-mother, Susie Wheat; mother-in-law, Renate Harper; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Willie Wheat, Sr., and daughter, Angel Renea Sibley.
